Support and Education
It is important to use your respiratory equipment as prescribed by your doctor. Our Respiratory Therapist will explain why this therapy was prescribed for you and answer any questions you may have.
Product Consultation and Instruction
Our Respiratory Therapist will educate you on the prescribed sleep therapy products (e.g., CPAP or bilevel positive airway pressure) and will do a mask fitting to find the one that is right for you. We will provide equipment education and have you complete a return demonstration so you are ready to use your new equipment.
Patient Follow-Up
Our Respiratory Therapist will follow up with you to ensure you are benefitting from the use of the prescribed respiratory equipment. At Prism Health Care Services, our Respiratory Therapist uses the U-Sleep Tracker Tool to help ensure your equipment is working properly and you are meeting your therapy goals. This tool also allows us to troubleshoot problems you may be experiencing. Our Respiratory Therapists are able to follow up with patients over the phone or in person.
Doctor Follow-Up
Our Respiratory Therapist will communicate with your doctor regarding your progress with your respiratory therapy equipment.
